Parks and Recreation
The City of Sachse’s Parks and Recreation Department oversees several park areas and facilities where residents and visitors alike have access to such amenities as ball fields, playground equipment, jogging/walking trails, picnic sites, soccer fields and fishing.
Golf enthusiasts can take advantage of the 18-hole championship course at Woodbridge Golf Club in Wylie, as well as Garland’s Firewheel Golf Park, which includes 63 holes over three courses—The Bridge Course, The Lakes Course and The Old Course.
