Waxahachie Worship
Waxahachie is home to many houses of worship, and almost every denomination is represented in the city. These churches also serve as corporate citizens. Through their community-wide support for mission work, fundraising, and food and clothing drives, they provide for the needy and reach out to area residents.
A few of Waxahachie’s original churches from the 19th century are still in operation today, and new churches have sprung up as new congregations meet the individual requirements of an ever-increasing and diverse population.
