On behalf of the City Council and myself, I would like to welcome you to our community. I sincerely hope that our visitor’s magazine will aid you as you explore all that we have to offer.
Our mission is one of partnership with our citizens, businesses and service organizations. We strive to facilitate a forward-looking, people-friendly community that champions diversity and respects the individual.
Colville is extremely committed to the involvement of our children in the community through the Colville Youth Commission and the Teen Advisory Council (TAC). Our Parks and Recreation Departments offer youth sports and events all year long, as well as operating our seasonal outdoor swimming pool, seven public parks and ball fields.
Colville is a vital crossroads in the area of transportation. Both state and federal highways converge in our community, facilitating the trade of goods and services on national and international levels. We are proud to support these services with continual improvements to our road systems through the Colville 2000 Project.
As you visit our great city, please be reminded that we appreciate your interest and are delighted to accommodate you as you discover and enjoy the many commodities and activities we provide.
