Mosinee Education

The Mosinee Area School District includes nearly 250 square miles in the City of Mosinee and all or parts of the Towns of Bergen, Emmet, Green Valley, Guenther, Knowlton, Kronenwetter, Mosinee and Reid. It enrolls more than 2,300 students from pre-kindergarten, 4K through 12th grade.

The E.J. Creske Center contains a modern auditorium, swimming pool, gymnasium, technology labs, library and additional classrooms for the high school and middle school. Many of the classrooms are updated with computers, projectors and smartboards. The school district is currently transitioning from the direct connection Wide Area Network to a wireless system for Internet connection.

The school district offers innovative programs at all levels. The middle school has an outdoor education program which is unique to the area. The high school is a certified Project Lead the Way school, which requires rigorous science, technology, engineering and math programs.

With 2,200 students and over 150 teachers, Mosinee School is unique to Central Wisconsin. It is large enough to support an extended curriculum and extra curriculum program, yet small enough that students will know their teachers and classmates. Contact information:
