Handschke Business Park is located on the north side of the city adjacent to U.S. Hwy 45. Several national retailers, such as Wal-Mart and True Value Hardware, are across the street from the park. There are 40 acres available; all lots are fully developed. To meet the future demand, the city of New London will soon open a new industrial park located on the northeast side of town. The park will encompass approximately 200 acres, have easy access to U.S. Hwy 45 and be serviced by sewer and water.
