Founded in 1956, Sauk Prairie Memorial Hospital & Clinics has continually challenged itself to surpass the expectations of a small rural hospital. Orthopedic Associates, with five board-certified surgeons, is at 35 Prairie Avenue in Prairie du Sac, as is Surgical Associates, which has two board-certified general surgeons with specialized skills to diagnose, treat and manage a broad range of surgical conditions.
