Worship
A rich spiritual community, represented by nearly a dozen churches of varying faiths, is discovered within the Sussex WI area. In addition to offering a place of gathering and worship, these local institutions provide opportunities for faith-based education, social events, support programs and volunteer and outreach services. Local churches remain highly active in the community, joining forces with numerous community organizations on both the local and global level. The majority of the area’s religious institutions are part of the Cooperating Churches of Sussex, an organization hosting various outreach services and community-based projects in the area.
