West Allis and West Milwaukee constitute a unique southeast Wisconsin suburban community. Part of the greater Milwaukee metro area, the two municipalities are each reflected by their own distinct character. West Allis hails as the county’s second-largest community, home to approximately 63,000 residents, notable regional attractions and the state’s largest event – the Wisconsin State Fair. West Milwaukee is a modest community of around 4,000 residents. While smaller in size, West Milwaukee is bursting with opportunity, featuring an excellent balance of residential, retail, commercial and industrial areas.
